FAQ

Common questions.

Do I need a Hub? +
No. It connects directly to Wi-Fi for remote app alerts. Bluetooth is used for setup and nearby control.
How fast is the alert? +
It alerts as soon as water reaches the detector contacts or the sensor cable contact point.
What is the sensor cable for? +
It lets you place the sensing point where water actually collects: under a ref, beside a washing machine hose, behind a lavatory cabinet, or along a window track.
What's the buzzer like? +
100dB — loud enough to hear from another room, so someone at home can act even before checking the app.

Cheaper than replacing swollen cabinets.

Catch it on day one. Not week three.
