FAQ

Common questions.

Will it work at night? +
Yes. Active infrared illumination means it does not need ambient light. It is built for dark condo hallways and late-night arrivals.
Can someone unlock it with my photo? +
No. The 3D depth sensor distinguishes a real face from a flat photo or video on a phone screen.
What about face masks? +
Face mask + glasses + cap is fine for most users — the system locks onto your eye region. If you live in a dust-mask-everyday environment, register your face once with the mask on, once without.
Does it work with the original Lock and Lock Ultra? +
Yes — both. Pairs over Bluetooth.

The fastest way into your home.

Face unlock when your hands are full, fingerprint/PIN/NFC when you want a backup.
