Will it work with any candle? +
It fits most jar candles up to 9.5 cm wide and 14 cm tall. Very wide, tall, or unusually shaped candles may not sit properly under the warmer.
Is it safer than burning a candle? +
It removes the open flame, smoke, and soot from candle use. It is still a heating device, so keep it on a flat surface away from curtains, paper, and anything heat-sensitive.
Can it turn off automatically? +
Yes. Use the SwitchBot app to set timers, schedules, and brightness levels so you can scent a room without leaving it on longer than needed.
Do I need a Hub? +
No for basic smart control. It supports Matter over Wi-Fi and can work with compatible Apple Home, Alexa, Google Home, SmartThings, Home Assistant, and SwitchBot setups.
