Do I need a Hub if I already have Apple Home / Google Home? +
Yes — the Hub is what bridges your SwitchBot devices to those ecosystems via Matter. Without it, your Bots and Curtains stay Bluetooth-only.
What's the difference between Hub 3, Hub 2, and Hub Mini? +
Hub 3 has the physical dial + larger screen. Hub 2 has a smaller display and built-in sensors. Hub Mini is IR-only, no display, no sensors.
Will it work with my Filipino aircon brand? +
If your AC has an IR remote (Carrier, Daikin, Panasonic, Kolin, LG, etc.), yes. Just point the original remote at the Hub during setup.
