We started this company because we were tired of seeing smart home tech that required gut renovations and big-budget contractors. The Philippines is a nation of condo dwellers, family homeowners, and renters, and multigenerational households — places where you can't drill, you can't rewire, and you can't ask the landlord.
SwitchBot fits perfectly. Every device sticks on, clips on, or plugs in. Every device comes off cleanly when you move out. And every device works with the appliances you already own — without replacing your existing aircon, your existing curtains, your existing front door.
We bring the full SwitchBot lineup to the Philippines, ship from a local warehouse, and give you Filipino customer support. That's it. That's the company.

Not every device works for every space. If your aircon brand isn't supported, or your curtain rod won't fit Curtain 3, we'll tell you up front — before you buy.

Buy only from our official stores
Our Shopee and Lazada stores carry the official SwitchBot Philippines badge. Anything sold elsewhere may be parallel-imported and won't be covered by our local warranty.
Every box has a serial number
Each SwitchBot device ships with a unique serial sticker. You can verify it directly with us, or scan the QR code in the SwitchBot app. If it doesn't match — it isn't ours.
Pay only through verified channels
We accept payments only through Shopee, Lazada, and our verified business accounts. We will never DM you on Facebook or Viber asking to pay via bank transfer.
1-year warranty, in-country
Defective unit? Just message us through Shopee or Lazada chat. We'll arrange a swap from the local warehouse — no shipping anything to China or Hong Kong.
