Will it really work without drilling or modifying anything? +
Yes. Every SwitchBot device installs with 3M adhesive or clips onto existing fixtures (your curtain rod, your deadbolt, your switch). Nothing inside the wall changes. When you move out, peel and go.
Will my aircon and TV work with SwitchBot? +
If your appliance has a remote, the SwitchBot Hub 2 or Hub 3 can almost certainly control it — it learns the IR signals from your existing remote. Brands tested locally include Daikin, Carrier, Samsung, LG, Hitachi, Sharp, Panasonic, and more.
Do I need WiFi for everything to work? +
Most devices work over Bluetooth out of the box for in-home control. Add a SwitchBot Hub 2 or Hub 3 (sold separately) to enable WiFi, voice assistants, and remote control when you're outside the condo.
Is there a local warranty? +
Yes. As the authorized SwitchBot distributor in the Philippines, every product sold through our Shopee and Lazada stores comes with a 1-year local warranty. We handle replacements and support locally — no shipping anything overseas.
Does SwitchBot work with Alexa, Google, and Siri? +
Yes — Alexa, Google Assistant, Apple Home (via Hub 2 or Hub 3), and SmartThings are all supported. You'll need a SwitchBot Hub to bridge your devices to these assistants.
How do I get help after I buy? +
